IPL means loads of pulsating cricketing action. And it can be a real fun if you watch it with bunch of friends while enjoying lip smacking food in a favourite restaurant of yours. To give you plenty of such moments The Great Bear, the microbrewery in Sector 26 has dished out a ‘Cricket Fever Festival’. On offer is freshly brewed beer along with salads, delicious appetizers and seasonal desserts.
The menu of the food festival comprises of freshly brewed Belgian Dubbel beer with a pronounced fruitiness and cereal character. The Belgian Dubbel (double) is a strong version of brown to dark beer. Celebrating the flavour of the season is a cocktail called Strawberry berryoska. To top it are two special salads – Strawberry, feta and mixed green along with Nicoise egg salad for non-vegetarians.
Making it a thematic menu, you have the likes of ‘Basil Paneer tikka Extra Bounce’, ‘Hot Shot Mushroom Croquette’, ‘Hat-trick Chicken tikka sliders’, ‘Master blaster buffalo chicken wings’ and ‘Shandaar drumstick chauka’. A meal for two would cost approximately Rs 1,500.
