A kaleidoscope of expressions

It’s all about that one moment captured for life. For artistes who take to the stage, it’s always a delight to see their moves caught by the camera. Showcasing such ‘expressions’ in the world of art and culture is a three-day photography exhibition hosted by the Pracheen Kala Kendra (PKK). The show marks the 89th birth anniversary of Pracheen Kala Kendra founder late M L Koser and is also a tribute to late Yog Joy, an eminent photojournalist of the region.

The group show of 49 photojournalists from the tricity was formally inaugurated on Thursday (June 20) by Dr Shobha Koser, Registrar, Pracheen Kala Kendra and Shanta Joy, wife of late Yog Joy. Also present on the occasion was Sajal Koser, Secretary, Pracheen Kala Kendra.

From classical dances to theatrical performances, close-ups to long shots, emotions to expressions, the photographs are a visual delight.
