‘Wrong Number’ rings in the right message

The play ‘Wrong Number’ opened to a packed house on Wednesday evening at the English auditorium at Panjab University. Written by Pali Bhupinder Singh and directed by Karan Gulzar, the play is a presentation by the students of Department of English and Cultural Studies, Panjab University. The play will also be staged on April 11 and 12 at 7 pm.

The main theme of the play is based on relationships. It shows the emotional conflict of a man who has lost his legs and this insecurity of the protagonist leads to confusion, hatred and anger in his relationships. Throughout the play it will be seen how this handicapped man affects himself and others and how he comes back to his senses in the end.
